Natacha Noisette Associate Director, Early Access Programs

Natacha Noisette is an experienced clinical research professional with over 17 years of expertise spanning both the pharmaceutical industry and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). Before joining Early Access Care, she successfully managed all phases (I-IV) of clinical trials, including epidemiological and registry studies, across multiple therapeutic areas. Her expertise has been pivotal in study feasibility assessments, bid defenses for CRO vendor selection, and team development, reinforcing high-quality execution and fostering global collaboration in research initiatives.

A passionate advocate for health equity, Natacha is committed to bridging gaps in access to life-saving medications for underserved and underrepresented populations, particularly those facing life-threatening diseases—a mission that led her to Early Access Care.

She holds a Ph.D. in Public Health (Epidemiology) from Walden University, a M.S. in Healthcare Administration, and a B.S. in Biology from the University of New Haven.

Natacha leads a women's group at her local church, inspiring personal growth and self-love to help women flourish spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
