Breakthroughs Delivered with Care and Integrity
Our Compliance Program represents a shared undertaking from the highest levels of management to the most junior employees.
At EAC, we act with integrity in all we do to fulfill our purpose, and our values guide us in making the right decisions ethically and responsibly so that our business can meet patient and societal needs. All our colleagues are expected to live our values and take ownership of compliance as we positively impact patients’ lives and global health.
Our Ethics and Compliance programs enable our employees by promoting ethical behavior, individual accountability, proactive risk management, and long term sustainability.
Our program incorporates six fundamental industry best practices, including those covering antibribery and anti-corruption, personal data, human rights, conflicts of interest, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation. We continually enhance our Ethics and Compliance programs taking into consideration emerging regulations, government requirements, and business strategies. At Early Access Care we focus on delivering early access in an ethical, sustainable and responsible business model to deliver a direct positive impact to patients, physicians and our clients.
