John W. Cropp, PhD, MS, MBA
John Cropp serves as CEO and SVP of Technology for Early Access Care. He has more than 25 years of drug R&D experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including large global pharmaceutical companies at Boehringer Ingelheim and Bayer. John has extensive experience in managing complex, global development projects and has a deep knowledge in drug development in NCEs and biologics. He has led international and interdisciplinary teams throughout all phases of development. John has held key roles in Pharmaceutical Technology from early development, process optimization, and scale-up to production scale for global launch. With his co-founder, John identified the need to develop software focused on the complexities of the end-to-end delivery of compassionate use investigational medicines. Experienced with cloud software solutions, including knowledge transfer pertaining to global pharma process design to full globally implemented ERP business solution, John leads the Early Access System™ Technology solutions for Early Access Care.
John is a pharmacist who earned his PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, a MS in Industrial Pharmacy, Masters in Business Administration, and BS in Pharmacy from Duquesne University.
John is an active skier, traveler, and has held various Board positions for non-profit organizations supporting communities of Southern Connecticut.
